WHAT WE DO
To reduce health disparities, our facility fulfills the needs of at-risk individuals beyond basic housing. Many of these individuals are facing mental health diagnoses, substance abuse disorders, chronic diseases, and histories of trauma.
Traditional health care providers are not equipped to meet the complex needs of the population we serve. The Epic Pathway campus offers a path to sustainable stability - providing engaged treatment and low-barrier service programs consistent with the needs and abilities of individuals experiencing homelessness.
